I find that one of the best things in life is DIY. Not necessarily your own, but that of other people. When we create something ourselves from beginning to end, we pour a lot of ourselves into it. We are laid bare for all to see, without the shiny veneer of the Scandinavian kit furniture of the moment. In fact, there are that many "flat pack" bands and writing houses in the world today, and that many instances of supposed DIY artists pushed into the limelight secretly by large financial concerns, that it is a wonderful thing when we get to experience something really genuine. This CD is an amateur production, recorded on a personal laptop, and done for the love of the music and the worship of God. The songs as expected are honest, they are stripped back and not only moving, but enjoyable to listen to. I look forward to seeing this Coventry-based duo grow.

I listened to this album again yesterday and I was impressed
with the lyrics, the guitars, Jess' vocals and the overall
sound. Good job and good review!
