US rockers Switchfoot cancel their planned August tour of Europe

DUE TO what they call "a family medical situation," the San Diego rock band Switchfoot have had to cancel their European tour planned for August, including the British dates planned for the Rock Nations event in Bradford and a concert in London. A statement from the band's Jon Foreman read, "We feel as disappointed as many of you might feel. Please accept our apologies. We will be back as soon as we possibly can." The Rock Nations event hope to announce soon a replacement for Switchfoot.
