Terry, I have been a great follower of yours for years. My deep emotional experiences with my God have been enhanced because of your music. I have every CD and listen to them in my car often. Everytime I hear your voice or your music, I pray for you and your family. God is good and healing and restoration are His.......bless you.

You are loved by God and I love you Mr. McAlmon. Your music has been a treasured gift. I can never express to you the transforming impact your music has had in my life. I suppose it would explain why I own all that has been released. I won't dwell on what has taken place in your life. These things happen to the best of us. But I would encourage you to worship your way out of it. The world is waiting for your return! You are LOVED. I extend my prayers to you and your family. Peace

Dear Brother in Christ,
You have poured yourself out, and SO many have been transformed through your worship. Now is your time to receive. Today’s hunger for Gods tangible presence is so great. I pray that the spirit of confusion will not take your gift from the church. Love and Gratitude to you and your family.

I have been listening to "Sing Praises" for most of the day and decided to go into Terry MacAlmon's website. I too am a worship leader and I know that satan hates worship leaders especially. My heart is very sore Terry and his family, but I do believe that GOD can restore their brokeness. I pray that Terry will repent if he has not already and allow the Holy Spirit to work in his life once again. I pray for his wife that the Lord will heal her and help her to forgive Terry. It is never easy to trust once you have been betrayed but by the grace of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit may she be able to overcome this totally. I am not just listening to Terry's voice but to his heart, what a worshipper. We all sin, it's just that some are inward and so no one sees it and others sin outward where everyone gets to see it. Perhaps it is good that we came to know about Terry so that we can pray him back into the courts of our God, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

My Christian husband, youth leader, Sunday School teacher, Bible College Student, had an affair many years ago. Our marriage almost was lost, but he asked me to forgive him and I did....It was a horrible!! time in our lives and those who loved us, but we made it! Our marriage is strong now. I trust him, he is thankful he stayed married to me. I have done my part to be a godly woman and mother, yet be sexy for him. I learned to be what he needs me to be. I exercise and eat right to keep my figure. I feel good about myself..I want to have fun as I get older. I am not saying that this is a reason (or excuse) for a man to have an affair, but men (even Christian men) need lots of sex...it's the way God made them and Christian women sometimes think they have to be anti-sex to be "godly". I learned how wrong I was. Now we go to church and worship together, raise our kids and walk in the Word, etc. and have great sex...neither one of us needs to look elsewhere for our physical needs or self-worth. We appreciate each other and tell each other constantly. We just love to be together. The "hell on earth" I experienced after his affair has been replaced with "heaven on earth". By God's grace, we will be together til Jesus calls us home. By the way, we use Terry's music when we lead at our church. I play the piano and sing while my husband, leads in worship. I look forward to the day I hear Terry and his wife have gone on their "second honeymoon" and the healing process is continuing to strengthen them both.

Dear brother Terry!
I want you to know that your music has deeply touched my life. You have taken "worship" to another level and I thank God for the way He has greatly manifested His Spirit through you. You came to my church and the whole congregation was trully blessed.
I am deeply sorry to hear about what you and your family are going through right now. Please "DON"T EVER GIVE UP". David repented and God has forgiven him. Remember the power of the cross. God will bring you and your family out of this vicious satanic attack for His Glory. You'll be even stronger and better than ever before.
May God continue to bless you and continue to overflow you with His great and mightly anointing. I will be praying for you.
With the love of the Lord.

Yeah we're all sinners, but God gives us all the power to withstand destroying our covenant marriages. It takes a lot of time and premeditation for an internationally known minister to have an extra-marital affair. Sadly, Terry has CHOSEN to shipwreck his ministry, through repeated decisions that led to what he did. We all have sins, habits, moments and even seasons of weakness. Cheating on your wife is not one of them! God very generously gives us the Grace to avoid the slew of decisions leading up to sleeping with another woman. I will not throw any stones at the man -- he is reaping the bitter harvest -- but give me a break folks with all this "We're all sinners" dung. Having said that, Terry's music has changed my worship life. I love it. If he comes back, I will still (hopefully) listen and worship to his music, because I am not responsible for his conscience. Just like I can rejoice listening to Elvis Presley gospel music, even though he was a lowlife, morally.

I have been encouraged by the love show by all the
dear people writting these letters to Terry. I too am
going through a terrible dark time and I beg you all
to pray for me and my husband. I have discovered
that my husband is gay just recently. I am trusting
God to give me wisdom in what to do. I don't want
to divorce him. It would distroy our children. I still
love him. I know that sound crazy. But I do. I know
God can deliver him from this demonic influence in
his mind. I know nothing is too hard for my God.
Please pray that God will help me stand strong. I
cry all the time and I feel crushed in my soul. I feel
scared sometimes and have panic attacts. Please
pray for me. I cant give our names. God knows who
we are. We are involved in music ministry. I know
Satan hates those who lead in worship. Please
pray for total restoration of my marriage and our
music ministry.

Dear Sister Worshipper,

God bless you and your children with His peace and His grace in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Keep trusting God and Christ, put your trust in God and Christ, not in the outcome of the situation.

God knows you, your husband and children and He is more than able to bring much good out of this very bad situation. Read Romans 1 and ask God to give your husband a thankful, humble heart, ask God to give him the grace to believe and trust God and Christ, and to bring him to true repentance that his soul may be saved to the uttermost.

Then he can be the real man God intended him to be in Christ Jesus The LORD.

Isaiah 54 , Psalms 145
God's grace and peace to you and yours in Christ.

God truly bless you my sister as you go thru this very trying and dark time in your life. I know you feel right now that there just seems to be no way out. Please remember that God is your strength and guide thru all this. Trust in him with all your might, even when you don't feel like it. Just trust him for he is truly a faithful God. Maybe God bless and keep you Amen.
