Tim is no newcomer to Christian music. He travelled with CCM band Spirit Wind for years and has led worship for 17 years. But now his love of country and Southern rock has been given full reign and the result is a knee-slapping delight. The opener here "Gone" is a harmonica-driven hoedown recorded in Nashville with some seriously tasty guitar from Brent Mason while elsewhere on this set there are some Lynyrd Skynyrd rockers which will delight lovers of the hard driving Southern rock boogies. Apparently Tim has recently appeared on Jimmy Snow's syndicated TV programme. All I know is that if you like your country bristling with faith-filled lyrics then Tim's your man.

I heard one of Tim's songs on a program that ran Sunday
morning on a local country station. WQBR was broadcasting a
show from Altville. I heard the following chorus:
Don't let me die in my sins dear Jesus,
Don't let me wait til it's too late,
Don't let me die in my sins,
I want to know where I'm going before they put me in that
grave.
I really liked the "rock" tone and so hope that a CD will
become available. I would certianly buy it :) Please let
me know if that ever happens.
