This first offering from Rawsrvnt mixes a variety of styles with an overriding mellow R&B vibe contrasting with a Pettidee warrior passion, helping to keep things real. Tracks like "Extravagant" and "Yes Lord I Love You" are great, but fall just short of what they could have been, in part due to some cheesy/dated stuff and a lack of depth in the sound. As far as debut albums go, this ain't bad, it's just that it's obvious that Rawsrvnt is still cutting his teeth and I expect his second album could well be stronger and most probably be one to watch.
