Having recently discovered this Brighton, UK-born, Boston, USA-based singer/songwriter and her delicious "Maybe" single, Cross Rhythms is pleased to report that her new single "I've Been Thinking" is, if anything, even better. Her bittersweet voice is delicate and brittle, yet able to express sadness and hope, while the stripped down accompaniments she prefers are perfectly judged. This haunting, piano-driven mid-tempo song will eat away your resistance. We would suggest that Lily is a singer/songwriter with the potential to travel much further than the Cross Rhythms playlist.
