This is an album of live worship featuring songs from Keswick 2006 and includes worship leaders Sam Chaplin, Andy Fenton, Steve James and John Risbridger. As always with Keswick albums, there is a wide variety of songs featured from the traditional to the contemporary and many in between. As an example of this divergence, on this CD Charles Wesley's classic hymn "And Can It Be" sits just before Laura Story's "Indescribable" in the track order. The strength of Keswick's praise and worship has always been to operate in this way and it is pleasing to see that this collection is no exception. However, although you would class this as contemporary in style, it is reminiscent of worship albums from 10 to 15 years ago. In fact musically it seems rather stilted and rigid, lacking the free flowing feel and inventive arrangements that is heard on many other more youth-orientated live worship collections. If you were at Keswick, or tend to buy their worship albums, you won't be disappointed. If you weren't or don't then you will probably find this disappointing.
