Recorded at Tropic Sound Studios in Clearwater, Florida this three-piece offer acoustic-driven roots/pop songs of faith. They sport a reasonable line in vocal harmonies and the arrangements are okay if hardly sparkling with only the excellent harmonica work on several songs really catching the ear. What is clearly lacking here though are memorable songs. Their melodies seldom register in the old grey matter while the lyrics, although bold declarations of truth, too often are simplistic. You might like roots acoustic albums but you'll surely find much better projects than this one.
