You may not have heard of this Californian rocker but this six-track EP is Justin's 10th release and is the first of a two album concept project: the second part has yet to be given a release date. His country-influenced rock owes much to numerous Southern rock bands but he also hints at influences like Crowded House and Tom Petty. Standouts here are the more upbeat tracks "Nothing Like You" and "Sun In The Sky". His strong composition skills are evident in both the mature, contemplative lyrics and the soaring, anthemic melodies. Good musicianship and a "back to basics" rock'n'roll vibe all contribute to an album that is very easy to get into. I'm already anticipating part two.

I love this album and consider it his best work. Catchy yet deep lyrics and melodies. It makes both a great driving and relax album. Justin is the real deal.
