One play of this single will demonstrate why George Ergatoudis, head of Radio One, called Charlie "an artist with massive potential." A delicious slice of spiritual R&B produced by 3rd Precinct team Floyd Adams and Charlotte Roel, "Created By Design" is a withering denouncement of a beauty obsessed age which turns at a whim to plastic surgeons. Clever use of a Billy Graham sample gives the song additional power while the other two tracks here, "If Only" and "Work It", show Charlie has one of the most effecting blue eyed soul voices you'll hear this or any year. Charlie is an active member of the Soul Survivor church in Watford. Pray for her as she takes steps to becoming a hit in the mainstream.
