Ira D Sankey showcased on The Hymn Makers re-issue

GOSPEL singer Ira D Sankey, who rose to fame with 19th century evangelist D L Moody, is remembered on a double CD released in Kingsway's The Hymn Makers series in May. The package contains 1997's 'Just As I Am' and 1999's 'Wonderful Words Of Life' albums performed by the Sheffield Celebration Choir and the Sheffield Salvation Army Band.
