Nthn Ireland's Andi Oakes releases independent project

CO ARMAGH-based singer Andi Oakes has released an independent album, 'Close To Me'. The project was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee. The singer previously released the 2002 album 'Whisper' under the name Andi. CR
