48-year-old businessman Ian Ventress ventures into the music world

A 48 YEAR old successful businessman Ian Ventress has released his first single, "Mama", after starting writing songs eight months ago. He has now penned over 40 songs despite having no musical background. Vivian Neville of VJ Media said, "I started working with Ian four months ago. I have listened to all of his songs and I think every one of them is very good. Ian is a sensitive writer who covers important life issues in a compassionate and simple way which is very endearing. He has covered issues such as love, death, divorce, soldiers in war and praise. I am sourcing singers that have vocals to suit Ian's songs which are an eclectic mix of styles. 'Mama' is African/gospel/rap and the singers are a few of my artists at VJ Media, Lu Ndaka and Matt Kitching aka Consept." The single is produced by Paul Brassington at Broadwater Studios, Gateshead.
