Mainstream hitmaker Brenda Lee releases gospel album
THE LEGENDARY mainstream hitmaker of the '50s and '60s Brenda Lee is to release her first major gospel project. The album, 'Gospel Duets With Treasured Friends', will be released in the UK by Integrity-Provident in April. The 62 year old singer well known for her Christian faith sings a set of traditional gospel songs with such mainstream country artists as Dolly Parton, George Jones, Alison Krauss, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Charlie Daniels and rocker Huey Lewis.
