Book to accompany new CD by Kat Mills

AS WELL as her newly launched album 'Work In Progress' Surrey-based singer/songwriter Kat Mills has also written a book of the same name. Said Kat, "After years of feeling like I was from a different planet, it was a huge relief to finally be diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and SPD at the age of 30. Suddenly my struggles made sense and I breathed a sigh of relief that it was not just me being difficult. Work In Progress is an honest and vulnerable journey through the struggles, finding understanding from my diagnosis, but not being defined by it. Instead, seeing the uniqueness and beauty in the way I have been designed."
