Tennessee's Rachel Holder set to release debut album

19 YEAR OLD Tennessee-based country singer Rachel Holder will have her debut album on Curb Records, produced by Chuck Howard and Wilbur Rimes, released later this year. A single and video from the project, "In Your Arms", is already attracting attention. CR
