This was confusing. Tim Finch is the name of the band and the main writer and keyboard player. Unfortunately the band is no more which is a pity as I thought they had a lot of potential waiting to be cultivated. Rachel Carey as lead vocalist has a brilliant rock voice and style which was let loose on far too few tracks! The first two songs on the album are excellent (except for the narration on track one); after that it did tend to meander somewhat and needed tighter production in terms of trying to narrow down the musical variety a little. I'm not suggesting that to stifle creativity merely to identify a focus for development. Well produced for a private recording in clarity and musicianship, Bob Foster's saxophone is particularly gratifying. Lyrically they needed a good editor, but on the whole this is a good collection of songs to introduce the listener to Jesus. More Rachel Carey vocals please! This album is well worth a listen and I look forward to Tim Finch's new project.
