I have this on cd; another timeless ccm recording by a top
ccm artist. I call this cd of Michael's his faith album/cd;
it is most appropriate. I just luv the anthem"That's What
Faith Must Be" simple, short, but beautiful!:great keyboards
by the ccm talented Phil Naish. Michael also performs this
song on his 1990 vhs Front Row. "Know YOU in the Now"
starts the superb songset;a line in the song reflects the cd
title, "YOUR presence in reality". A well known drummer is
heard on many of the #'s, Russ Kunkel; a long time
association with pop icon James Taylor.
"Could it Be" is another cd favorite. Michael kindly and
lovingly donates the royalites of "Distressing
Disguise" to Compassion International. This song greatly
reminds me of ccm group Whiteheart's "We Are His Hands".
Michael plays a nice lengthy piano intro & tag for "The
Word"; a great chorus to sing in church. The listener is
well reminded of Psalm 46:10, when hearing the 2 minute "In
Stillness & Simplicity".
It is nice to see album cover artwork; kudos to artist
Michael Knepp. GOD Bless! -Don
