Just learned of Daryl's homegoing this morning. He was truly an inspiration to me (and I'm sure) to everyone who was blessed to hear him. He came to this area in the 90's and I was able to meet him and get his autograph! Stating that I will miss him is an understatement but I know that he is present with the Lord! My prayers go out to his family!

There are many great gospel singers, but none like the great Pastor Coley. I love each and every song he's sang. All are my favorite. My family knows should anything happen to me, the song I have chosen is "When Sunday Comes." I am praying for you and your family at this very time.

Ever since the 90s, I've been listening to Daryl. He was one of my mom's favorite artists. I have fond memories of us listening to him as we painted our house and even when we looked for a new home. I still listen to his music, although it's hard now that my mom is gone. I'm sad to hear of his illness, but he said When Sunday comes, he'll see His face and sing of His saving grace. Whether healed on earth or healed in Heaven, God's will shall be done in his life. And his music will continue to go on.

I honestly don't believe anyone who is familiar with Daryl Coley appreciates him and his music as much as I do! My Christian walk started out with the music of Daryl Coley and the teaching of Charles Swindoll from the book of Hebrews, putting the icing on each others' cakes, therefore forging a long- term relationship of integrity with God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ... Much love to them all.

Not sure who Esther Kershaw is, so can't reply to her comments. I would just like to say to Pastor Coley. I have so taken and bless by your singing. I listen to and try to get my hands on all of your music . I pray your health is well. Would love to know if there is any new music of yours on the horizon. Be Blessed.
