Pastor Daryl Coley was a anointed man of God who used his gifts to ministry to the people of God. I am tremendously blessed to have been an recipent of these gifts. Thank you Je'sus! Rest in The Lord, my brother. Prayers of comfort and peace to his family.

to the Daryl Coley family I have always love my brother in the lord, this is my first time reading about his sickness and diabetes I am also a diabetic which take insulin but I thank him for sharing his struggle for me to read 25 years later(4) days after his death. I praise him for being obedient to the will of the father in songs praise and ministry To his family God is preparing you and the body of Christ for that great day when we all see Jesus face to face beyond the Veil thank Daryl for your encouragement in the Lord. Love!!!!!!l

While on the way York Tuesday I heard he died. The next evening coming home I heard this was a hoax. Both news carriers were gospel radio announcers but two different stations. I searched for an orbituary or program of the service but no luck. IS HE REALLY GONE?? 😥

Daryl Coley's music was instrumental in keeping me engaged in the process of learning about God and faith in the early 90's. As a new Christian, i soft out music that uplifted the name of Jesus and you could pat your feet to! Daryl's vocal rifts were legendary and you just wanted to hear more. I only heard this morning that he was at rest and I cried like a baby because he made such s mark in my life. As a singer myself, I idolized his gift and the purpose he used it for! Miss you already, rest well brother Daryl, hope to finally meet up with you in heaven.

My prayers go out to the Coley family. I am in utter shock that he is gone. His voice was iconic and ministered to me all of my adult life . God bless him. He will truly be missed.Li

I first heard Daryl Coley sing He's Preparing Me and from then on I wanted to hear more . He was one of GOD's soldiers and I will miss his wonderful voice . Thank you for sharing your great gospel gift and using it to the glory of GOD .

The man, the voice, the gift... Daryl Coley has touched so many people over the years with his soulful and anointed vocals. He so graciously lent his voice to my first CD and gave me such wonderful guidance. My heart it sad that he is gone from us, but my heart also rejoices knowing that he has finished his course and fulfilled his purpose in This life. Well done, Bishop Daryl Coley! Until we meet again...

Freda, I think he was one of the greatest male voices in the Gospel industry. We are going to miss him and I echo your sentiments. He, like you are a great blessing because you are musically great, but are real also. My heart is saddened that this Bay Area great, has left the scene so young.
