We should not judge others- all have sinned and fell short of the glory of God. I am very happy for them and for their new life together. God has brought them together for a purpose and reason that none of us can know but God himself. When you are in love with someone and are loved so much in return it is a glorious and amazing thing. I wish them only happiness and joy in their marriage.

wow! i can't believe i stumbled onto such a discussion. it's very sad... hard to believe this godly couple (and yes, they are my close friends) can be judged by so called "brothers" and "sisters" who have no earthly clue as to what has gone on in their lives to bring them to where they are right now. sorry to say kristy, seems like a lot of people have already thrown the first stone. i hope God is more forgiving than they are.

well, after all the comments i read... i just want to say something. we christians are no one to judge nor predict someone else's future by what our eyes see. i dont take either side because simply, it's not my buisness. some here are saying that we have to help one another cuz we're brothers n stuff, but come on, it's not like we are close to Nic and Jaci. i think that role belongs to close friends and family. our role is just prayer, and believe that God makes everything beautiful after it's been torn apart. God uses our own mistakes to show us that he can make something good come out of it, and that's just between the person and God..no one else. every comment here is put according to each individual's conviction but doesn't necesseraly mean we are right. remember, we are no one to judge, because the only difference is that our actions are not put all over the internet. "let anyone who is free of sin throw the first stone"

DON'T ANY OF YOU HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO SIT AROUND A COMPUTER AND CRITICIZE OTHER PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD BE PRAYING OR READING THE BIBLE!!!!!

THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HOW COME YOU ARE NOT READING THE BIBLE ALSO INSTEAD OF READING ALL THESE MESSAGES. THAT MEANS YOU ARE ALSO BEING NOISY IN SEEING WHAT IS GOING ON.

I agree with Leah 100%. Jaci has been blessed with such a beautiful voice..I truly hope that she can draw closer to God as a result of all of this and stand by her faith. A few years ago, I was disappointed in her when I heard her on the radio on a Los Angeles spanish station and she said to them that she wasn't "that religious". That broke my heart that she couldn't stand firm in her faith. If her first marriage did end because of adultery, then all the blessings to her second marriage.

There is nothing wrong with religion. The Bible says pure undefiled religion is to take care of the widows and the fatherless. It is traditions of men that get in God's way. When in a position where you are famous and in the public eye, this lifestyle comes with MANY blessings. The cross they also must bear is the one that puts them under a microscope. They are given sooo much and to whom much is given, much is required! (God said it, not me!) They have such a tremendous level of influence and they have to be even more careful of the decisions they make becuase so many people look up to them......sorry, its part of it!

I don't get this. Christians are forever telling people that Christianity is not a religion, "it's a relationship" and that they're not religious. So if Jaci says that in a radio interview, how can you take that to mean she has lost her faith! Some of us really need to get off our religious high horses and leave people alone if we can't think of anything supportive or non-judgemental to say to them.

I agree 100% with you Danny! I'm glad there are some Christians with common sense.

yea, it's no wonder people want to follow Christianity. Who wants to follow in such judgmental lifestyle?

To the one's who have a problem with this marriage and what Jaci has done, have you ever sinned?

I already see some pathetic comments. If you dont know the facts, dont make any uneducated comments, and I'm sure most dont. Its the reason most nonbelievers dont want to be Christians. So quick to judge and difficult to forgive.

IF ANY ONE OF OUR LIVES WERE PUT UNDER A SCOPE WE WOULD ALL SEE HOW IMPERFECT EVERYONE IS. WE ALL HAVE SIN AND ALL FALL SHORT OF GODS GLORY. THATS WHY WHEN WE ASK TO SEE HIS GLORY HE SHOWS US HIS MERCY. YOU TALK ABOUT NIC AND JACI LIKE THEY HAVE DISRESPECTED YOU, AND ALL THEY HAVE DONE AND ARE STILL DOING IS TRY TO BRING A LITTLE HOPE AND LOVE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE HURTING.

He hates it and there are only two reasons for divorce that is clear in the New Testament and that is for adultery or abandonment. I am not talking about for unbelievers, God is the judge of them. When someone is a brother or sister in the Lord, we can judge them. God instructs us to do so because He says if we cannot judge amongst ourselves, how can we judge the world at the end of days?

It's not that we are putting anyone under any unreasonable judgement. We have to uphold God's commandments and hold other people to it as well. God has very strict commandments about marriage and reasons for divorce.
