Comment:	Yes! We decided not to have a TV when we married twenty-something years ago. But my husband missed the news, so when we stayed at a friends house with our two kids (about 2yrs and 3 yrs) he started watching. He felt cheated by the poor wuality of reporting and started to chat . . . Suddenly the kids yelled "Daddy! That man's hitting that other man!" They were appalled at the sight of boxing in a sports report. If we weren't all hardened to such things from an early age, how different the world might be!
