Comment: When I left New Song and came back to the states, I was unbelievably homesick for SA, and all the changes and hope happening. I used to listen to your tape Friends First nonstop and cry and wonder and pray for everyone I had to leave. I proudly played the tape for anyone getting into my car. I even heard a couple of your songs played on our jazz and african shows in Denver and wondered how they made their way here. This account has been wonderful to read as I never learned your background before I had to leave. God bless you all.
