Comment:
I bought my Lonesome Stone and Sheep albums after the performance at the Rainbow Theatre. back then Christian music was often conservative and or badly recorded. I was 21 and a young Christian. The music and the performance were so powerful I have never forgotten it. Tonight I am playing Lonesome Stone on my record deck. It is amazing how it stands up to time. It hasn't dated and it still moves me. Much of what they sing about is my own story. If I ever have doubts I look back to where I came from and doubts soon fade. Thanks for the article it was great to read about "what happened next". God Bless William
