I met Charles at Redeemer Temple in the seventies. A group of us (Herb allison, Glen Gray, Ron Renshaw, etc) used to go down to the Paraklete and street witness. I remember some of the others that have posted. I went on the graduate from Christ for the Nations in Dallas Texas and spent a few years in South Africa working for Reinhard Bonnke. I was taken back when I heard that Charles had passed. I heard that he continued to share Christ with others in the hospital before he died. Blessings from Denver.
