Comment:	Naming someone in your will (Daniel) when it is patently false makes no sense at all. I don't care what their (Larry and Charles) assertions are re: legal implications. Also, Charles' reluctance to submit to DNA testing due to liability is very suspect. If you love your brother and want to settle this once and for all, it isn't worth it for you to sacrifice your limited exposure for him? I would sure do that for my brother.
