Comment:
I'm a born again believed and I listen to George Strait. Does that mean I'm not right with God? Sheesh! C'mon people. Mac himself said he's been writing country songs for a long time. While you were listening to "Cry Out To Jesus", he had several country songs filed away in his archives that he'd written already. Don't put God in a box. What happens when a person who ONLY listens to secular country who doesn't know the Lord, hears one of Macs songs. Then is captivated by what they hear. Then find out who Mac Powell is and starts listening to his spirit filled stuff? Gets a touch from God. Don't put God in a box. As long as Mac is not crossing any moral issue lines, he's being a light in a dark place.
