Article Title:
Breaking The State Monopoly Of Failing Job Centres
Author of reported comment:

Comment:
Couldn't agree more, whilst the job centre made some provision in providing seminars and some job suggestions whilst I was unemployed, the door was always closed when I proposed certain (and reasonable) suggestions for funding training to further my skills based on experiences I already had. It is true that the emphasis is on 'anything goes - to get them off the benefit' rather than long term planning and a structured career opportunity.
