Comment:	I had the privilege of growing up withe sounds of the Caravans filling our home and little community. Whenever I'd hear Inez sing Your Friend, Mary Don't You Weep, and Running For Jesus, it just sent me into another dimension! In 1980 I met her in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and spoke with her one on one while she was in a bus waiting for the Mighty Clouds of Joy to finish a concert and leave. (She was touring with them.) I was surprised to find her alone, but think maybe no one recognized her at first. She was as sweet to talk to in person as her incredible voice. Thanks, Inez. Gospel music owes you so much!
