What a loss to the world of music. I was sad to hear of Dan's passing; Thank GOD we can be BORN-AGAIN! I have some videos of Dan with America, & also with some CCM artists on a 1979 Christmas special. I had seen him perform "All Things Are Possible" on a Sunday morning church show shortly after the song's release. I luved Dan's music, CCM & secular; we were blessed to hear his music; very talented man! Dan is home free ( I am reminded of the lyrics to his 1975 song "Tomorrow"). My thoughts and prayers are with his family and his two former singing partners Dewey & Gerry. Our earthly loss is Heaven's gain! I especially loved "A New Song", "Everything", "YOU'RE My SAVIOUR", "Light- house", "Redeemer"; these are treasured songs to remember Dan by in future days. I close with lyrics from Dan's 1978 CCM debut lp; "Who knows the reason why, I HAVE TO SAY GOODBYE". GOD Bless! - Don
