Comment:	Well said, as ever, Paul. Too much of any thing is not good for you. Queen sang 'too much love will kill you every time.' We need balance in our lives, I too can agree with what Paul said about not drinking or taking drugs. I am working on the food bit! Maybe that's why there is only one Sunday in the week or too much Church ... ... We have one day at Church and six days to work it out in our lives before we need topping again.
