Comment:	Hello Dinah. As a Muslim, born and bred in Egypt, I have known many a case of a Christian woman seeking and being denied divorce by the Church. Example: wife of Coptic priest, who converted to Islam, filed a police report ascertaining her free will, to escape the tyranny of her husband, only to be met with Christian fanatic riots and false allegations of kidnapping and forced conversion. Fanatics and discriminators exist on the side of Christians just as much or even more as they do on the side of Muslims. This website is a prime example.
