Comment:	‘The Powerless Rise’ was produced by Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) and Daniel Castelman. Adam also produced ‘An Ocean Between Us’ so you will find similarities between the two releases. The theme for the current album stems from the idea that the suffering of the world stems from the broken, upside-down nature of society. Rather than filling an album with bitter ranting, Tim Lambesis attempts to offer a solution “There are so many things in society that we view as valuable, and each song’s lyrics sort of put that idea upside down in some way or another, and show an almost completely backward way of thinking, that might actually be more beneficial for us.”
