One of the first of many great hits/best of collections in ccm. Twila is quite the songstress in pop style ccm;her producer Jonathan David Brown accents so wonderfully with his background vocals on many of her well-known, and best beloved songs. This album covers songs from her first 3 albums; released after the popular album "Warrior is a Child": there are 4 songs from this lp on this "Best of" album. I was kind a hoping to see the song "Angel Band" from 1980; she covered this anciet hymn so beautifully. However, the classic styled hymn "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" is included: it features 2 of ccm's pioneer women, Kelly Willard and Jamie Owens-Collins. The first 3 #"s on side one, are all from the "Warrior is a Child" lp; there is first song "Warrior.." then, "We Bow Down", and "Do I Trust You". Side 2 has the well-known 1982 song "Keepin' my eyes on You" . Not only was this "Best of " lp released in 1985, but later the same year appeared another great album of songs,"Kingdom Seekers" GOD Bless! - Don
