Jerome and Tom Grose played together in the early 1980's in what was then called the Jerome Olds Band. Ricky Pierce was on guitar. Scott Meeder was on drums. Clark ... was on bass I believe. They mainly played at a club called Chaps on Roswell Road a few hundred yards outside 285. Those were amazing times. The band absolutley cooked and Chaps was the place to be. I still to this day dont think there was a better band in the world than the Jerome Olds Band of that time. I still have a number of tapes I made at Chaps back then. When I start to wonder if they were in fact the greatest band of all time, I just pull out the tapes and listen and remember. The magic of Jerome and Tom together and the sterling play of the rest of the band was unsurpassed. Tom and Jerome can still be found but I often wonder whatever happened to Ricky Pierce and his searing guitar. Anyone know? Bill
