Comment:	A friend gave me the verse of "Cast your worries on to Him because He cares for you" which lead to me being Baptised. Its easy in theory but not always that easy to do! We are natural worriers & try to resolve things ourselves, however, once we learn to give our troubles to God its really liberating!!! Samuel is right! We dont want our heads to explode! This article made my day and reminded me that I dont need to carry any anxieties around with me today! Thanks!
