Comment:	What good is a survival manual written by someone who didn't survive? The author isn't even involved in CCM any more, because he couldn't get his own band on board with the ideas in this book. There is some practical advice here, but there's also a lot of self-righteous finger-pointing, and while there's a lot of Scripture quoted, much of it is ripped out of context and crammed into a framework of faulty logic and questionable assertions.
