Comment:	Like you say, "If we believe that God is all powerful, which most believers do, then anything is possible and God's image is infinitely more complex than man in his ignorance can conceive." If God is all powerful, why couln't he want to create the heart and the heavens in six 24 hours days? Another point is, yes man and the church have brought a lot of suffering in the name of God and Jesus but it doesnt change the true nature of God, Jesus. For example if some people decided to set on fire a building with lots of people in it in the name of Peter from Edmonton this wouldn't mean you are evil and you've killed these people well its the same for God, his name has been used in vain. God says in the ten commandments "You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name." and in short this means that we should not use God's name in vain.
