Comment:	Thank God Justice prevailed and Mr. McClintock lost this case. He was wrong to confuse his moral objections with the capacity of an individual or couple to succesfully raise a child. Not all Christians share his position and I thought it rather ironic that he had to depend on a Mormon from America to act as an expert witness at his hearing, am I to assume that no British expert witness could be found....
