Comment:	The book is a bunch of racist, xenophobic, hate-filled nonsense. The reviewer should be ashamed of herself for falling for it. It's on a logical par with calling America a neo-Nazi white-supremacist totalitarian state because it has the Ku Klux Klan. And this nation has NEVER been a Christian nation. There is no such thing - there are only Christian people, called to love our enemies not hate them. This is a book designed to foment hate.
