Comment:	It is ironic that LCF are suing VES while supporting ECU. The name CU was "of a nature to deceive the public", because the society refused to acknowledge it had any duty to unite or indeed represent Christians. It did this by simply refusing to acknowledge anyone apart from those fitting its own narrow definition, as Christians.
