Comment:	I'm curious as to whether the lawyers representing the ECU are to base any case against the Students' Guild on such inaccurate information. I can only presume that the Lawyers Christian Fellowship either are in possession of all the facts and are merely trying to mislead people or that they are extremely poor at researching cases. If it is the latter case, I expect a rather swift end to any legal action.
