Comment:	Fourth, the ECU have not had their full accounts frozen. Each university society has two accounts: number 1 and number 2. Number 1 only contains Guild funding which each society applies for once a term, and number 2 contains money from membership subscriptions, fundraising events and any donations. Only the ECU's number 1 account has been frozen pending investigation into the ECU's constitution.
