Comment:	Second, the motion proposing a name change back from the ECU to the CU was not ratified because it was unconstitutional: it went directly against the Guild equal opportunity policy which was not 'hastily drafted'. Third, the posters that went up around the University concerning the name change from the CU to the ECU contained both 'For' and 'Against' arguments, where both the CU and the proposers of the motion displayed their arguments.
