This three-track debut EP by Californian rapper Za Ya has an absolutely standout cut in "Just Like You" which, with its mix of contemporary rap and a very catchy vocal hook, is surely destined for Cross Rhythms radio. Za Ya, real name Isaiah Moreno, is a 19 year old who has been rapping since the age of 11. His style is a blend of influences bringing in jazz and funk to his impressive flow. The tracks "Love In Rotation" and "Just Like You" feature ex-Gotee Records artist Liquid and his dad is also the audio engineer. I thoroughly recommend that you check out this outstanding release and have no doubt we will be hearing a lot more from Za Ya in the future.
