A first release from one of the worship leaders at St Barnabus, Cambridge. Calling on the talents of his compatriots at St B's this is a polished and competent performance, recorded with the web based music business Listen-in (www.listen-in.co.uk), which sounds like an interesting development. They appear to have their own studios and on the quality of production here are capable of top quality recording. Will has written most of these songs, a pretty catchy collection, mostly in a familiar worship style. Attempts at being Jamiroquai on "Holy, So Holy" are brave but unconvincing, presumably much better live. There are songs here that others may want to use, "Your Praise" being the standout and with the chord sheets/acetates available from Will or the website this is at least a different source of new worship songs. This is good but there's something missing, the lyrics especially need more careful crafting.
