I have a funny feeling that someone twice my age would probably give this album twice as many squares and therefore I must start with that as my disclaimer. For me though, I just find it far too cheesy! Not only is the music from the cheesiest genre of metal, '80s glam/hair metal, but the lyrics are just jam-packed full of clichés. This band is coming to the UK in the summer and therefore I want to like this band so I can appreciate them more live but instead I just get a funny feeling that every non-Christian in the audience will probably run away scared by this band trying to ram the Gospel down their throat, whilst almost every Christian is desperately trying to hide exactly how much they are cringing inside! However, if you hark back to the '80s and to such pioneering metal bands as Stryper and Saint then this CD may well be up your street. But whilst it may seem that the band has musically stood still in time since its original incarnation in 1985, it still manages to steal one of the most noticeable riffs in rock history "Free - All Right Now" (1970). Okay, I'm being a little too harsh; for a start the music is well performed and written and the production is extremely good for an independent release. I think many people could have this CD as a guilty pleasure but this really is not the kind of music you would want to play to many of your pre-Christian mates.

We perform in bars and we don't run anyone off. In fact we've been extremely pleased with the talk and good reviews. People twice young my age are voting for us over the other bands. There's nothing wrong with being lumped with Stryper, Free, Dokken, etc. I'm ok with that. This guy sounds cheesy. Hey but we're all in this. Maybe we can comment on his CD?... or does he not have one....
