The latest in the # WORSHIP series of compilations from Elevation offers covers of three familiar worship anthems ("God Of Wonders", "Holy Is The Lord" and "Our God") but it is track four which is a standout for me. "Would You Restore" is a beautiful song written by Steve Fortunato - a very powerful prayer with a deeply relevant message for every struggling, lukewarm or nominal believer. It admits, "Much lower loves have made themselves a home/And now I'm left divided and confused/And drink the cup of multiple pursuits." Other contemporary worship favourites covered on this album are "You Never Let Go", "I Can Only Imagine" (which in truth isn't really a congregational worship song) and a song reflecting the album's theme, "This Is Our God", a Hillsong favourite that draws us into deeper worship. All in all a reasonable compilation.
