The compilers of the long-running 'Wow Gospel' series have selected 13 tracks from the 2016 audio release and presented them as a music video compilation. Aside from the somewhat cheesy "Love On The Radio" from the Walls Group which opens proceedings, this is a competent enough offering although the tendency to default to mostly straight to the camera or semi-live performances - several in obligatory black and white - does make the whole release seem a tad unimaginative. However, one highlight is the zany "You" by Jermaine Dolly - made all the more fun on account of the man's face-pulling antics - whilst a slick turn from Travis Greene on "Intentional", combining wide angle shots of cityscapes, recording studio footage and a charismatic performance from the singer, is arguably the stand out video. Elsewhere, Fred Hammond's "I Will Trust" attempts to provide a sub plot of a woman awaiting a medical diagnosis to add context to the song's message of relying on Jesus whilst veteran gospel outfit the Rance Allen Group literally fill the screen on "A Lil' Louder". Three additional lyrics videos are included for good measure.
