If you are a lover of heart-tugging songs, this album is for you. I found it very refreshing to have an album with "love songs" related to father/child relationships. In such a day and age where the negative seems to outweigh the positive in family life, this album's sensitivity blasts through the walls built up between families revealing that it's wonderful to revel in your children. The soft ballads and lullabies are very soothing and relaxing even affecting my four-month-old son! It cannot fail to encourage both parents and children to stop and gaze at each other, gently probing the appreciation of each other to surface. I believe this album can break through the toughest exterior, encouraging us all to stand together as families in love and appreciation of each other. Also, having guest vocalists of the calibre of Michael W Smith. Wayne Watson, Randy Stonehill and Phil Keaggy helps tremendously.
